Our studio brings together branding, interior and environmental design, creative strategy, and design documentation to transform brand concepts into meaningful, built environments.
About the Role
We are looking for an In-House Architect to join our Medellín team.
This hybrid role combines conceptual and schematic spatial design with technical documentation and construction coordination. You’ll work closely with our branding, interior design, creative strategy, and Project Management teams to bring a brand’s vision from early concept through final execution.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking creatively and working through the technical details required to turn ideas into beautifully executed spaces.

Ability to manage multiple hospitality and retail projects simultaneously.
Position Details
Location: Medellín, Colombia — On-Site
Team: Collaborates closely with the Design and Project Management teams in Medellín and the Jastor team in Miami.
Key Responsibilities
Design
Participate in the conceptual and schematic development of spaces, translating brand guidelines and creative direction into thoughtful spatial solutions.
Collaborate with branding, interior design, and creative strategy teams to develop design concepts that align with each client’s brand.
Prepare and/or review client-facing design presentations, including floor plans, conceptual renderings, and spatial moodboards.
Technical Documentation
Develop and/or coordinate architectural construction drawings, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
Review applicable building codes and regulations, coordinating with local architects and engineers when projects are developed outside Colombia.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation as designs and project scopes evolve.
Construction Coordination
Support coordination with contractors, vendors, and construction teams throughout the execution phase.
Conduct site visits as required to review project progress, verify design intent, and help resolve discrepancies during construction.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Professional degree in Architecture.
5–10 years of professional experience.
Valid professional architecture license/registration.
Previous experience with hospitality, retail, restaurant, or highly detailed commercial projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit or ArchiCAD for technical documentation.
Proficiency in SketchUp or another conceptual 3D modeling platform.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, for design presentations.
Language & Work Environment
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Availability to work 100% on-site at our Medellín office.
Availability for site visits within Medellín and, occasionally, outside the city
